This policy addresses the information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. All of the information herein applies to Forever Resorts and the web sites of the family of properties that we manage, own, and/or operate.

Collection of Personal Information
Personal information may be collected from you in various ways during your online experience, including through:
• Online reservations,
• Contact request submissions, and
• Marketing opt-in requests.

Forever Resorts takes great pride in adhering to all applicable federal and state laws and will not share your personal information with any outside companies or vendors except for the facilitation of a business related process or financial transactions on your behalf. Personal information is deemed to include the following:

• E-mail Address
• Credit Card Information

For reservations made through a travel agent, this policy applies to your personal information once we receive it.

Use of Cookies
Forever Resorts utilizes cookies to enhance your visitation experience. Cookies help to increase the load speed of our web pages, as well as with your online reservation process. They are not used to collect personally identifiable information. Cookies are not harmful, and Forever Resorts does not utilize harmful code such as malware or spyware.

Links to Other Web Sites Forever Resorts may utilize links to other web sites that are not controlled by Forever Resorts. We will make every effort to only link to sites that share our high standards for security and personal privacy, but we do not warrantee, and are not responsible for, the privacy policy, experience, or security of web sites that are not under Forever Resorts' control.

Forever Resorts does not intend for our web sites to be used by anyone under the age of 18. Forever Resorts reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, except as stated herein. You should check back periodically to review our Privacy Policy for any changes.

Lodging Terms & Conditions

Lodging Terms & Conditions
Rates do not include state and local taxes. Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to availability. Children 15 and under stay free. There is an $11 fee per night for each additional adult. Pets are not permitted in the Lodge.

Deposit & Acceptable Methods of Payment
An advance deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to hold a reservation. Payment of remainder of balance is due at time of check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to receive refund of the deposit. If cancellations are received after 4:00pm, less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival day, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Check-in/Check-out
The check-in time is guaranteed for 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. No refunds will be given for early check-out. A $10.00 fee will be added for each hour of late departure between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Departures after 1:30pm will be charged an additional night's lodging rate.

Pet Policy
Pets are not accepted.

Additional Services
Rollaway beds ($10.00 per night) and Portacribs (free of charge) are available upon request and are based on availability. VCRs and videos are available for rent - please inquire at the front desk.

Rates are subject to approval by the National Park Service and may change at any time without notice.

Chisos Mountains Lodge is committed to meet and exceed environmental and safety goals and expectations. We comply with all applicable laws pertaining to human health and the environment. Top priority is given to the preservation and conservation of our natural resources. Health, safety and environmental sustainability are of utmost importance. We continue moving forward through continuous training and education in order to protect the quality of life for our employees, guests and the entire planet. This is one of our highest priorities.

Chisos Mountains Lodge's vision is to become a recognized leader for progressive environmental programs and practices. We conduct our business activities in a highly responsible manner. Using Best Management practices, we comply with all environmental legislation, regulations and additional voluntary standards to which Chisos Mountains Lodge subscribes.

To achieve this vision, Chisos Mountains Lodge will:

Proactively participate in partnership programs with Federal, State, County, City and other companies, including our competitors and any other group who has a commitment to improving the environment;

Continue to improve, through education, in order to better understand the latest updated environmental processes and improvements to the health of the ecosystem. This includes cultural resources such as historical, archeological, paleoecological, etc;

Promote environmental educational programs by giving authentic experiential learning experiences;

Conduct Environmental monitoring by using the latest information to improve and to sharing this information with others;

Promote education for the prevention of pollution;

Assess the environmental impacts of products, services and activities and incorporate appropriate controls and changes where practical;

Establish environmental goals and objectives annually;

Determine the effectiveness of our environmental management system on an annual basis;

Communicate this policy to Chisos Mountains Lodge's employees, guests and the general public.
