Make your visit complete by taking a unique tour of the park with Big Bend Overland Tours. Travel to areas of Big Bend that cannot be seen from the paved roads. Visit watering holes in the desert, explore historical buildings/sites, or enjoy the scenery in our comfortable Ford Excursion. Reservations can be made for custom tours to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine from a remote overlook or we can create a memorable day exploring along the River Road or Old Ore Road. Please see our Big Bend Overland Park Tours page for tours currently offered.
Create a memorable experience by having your wedding in Big Bend National Park. Imagine reciting your vows while overlooking the window view in the Basin of the Chisos Mountains at sunset, or at a spot along the Rio Grande River, or hiking to a remote and hidden part of the park.
Celebrate your special occasion with a reception on our patio overlooking the Window view in the Basin. Allow our chef to help you prepare a customized menu for you and your guests to commemorate your special day.
Special use permits are requred by the National Park Service to hold events or weddings in the park, but for this unique and one of a kind Texas experience, it is worth the extra effort. Please check with the National Park Service to obtain your permit.
